Questions Buyers Ask
What will my team be able to do after the training?+
Each program ends with participants shipping real work: a merged PR, a working agent or a deployed app. You get a clear list of skills covered, not just slides.
Can you tailor it to our tech stack and codebase?+
Yes. After the discovery call I adapt the exercises to your languages, frameworks and real tickets. Under NDA, we can work directly in your repositories.
Is it safe to use AI coding tools on our code?+
Security is part of every engineering program. We cover permission modes, data handling, secrets, review workflows and enterprise settings so your team adopts AI safely.
How do we measure ROI after the session?+
We agree on 2–3 adoption metrics up front (for example, PR cycle time or tasks automated). I share a simple tracking template and check in after 30 days.
Online or onsite? What batch size works best?+
Both work. Hands-on engineering sessions work best with up to 25 people. Awareness sessions for leaders can be any size.
What do participants need beforehand?+
A laptop and access to the tools we agree on (for example, Claude Code licences). I send a short setup checklist one week before.
What does it cost?+
Pricing depends on program, duration and team size. Book a discovery call or send an enquiry and I will share a proposal within 48 hours.
